THIS IS A GENERIC REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR, STARTING ON MONDAY, AUGUST 30, 2010.  Actual classes will be determined in early July and will be based upon the requests of students who have completed early registration (paid and reigstered online by June 7, 2010).  

Please register "generically" for the TYPE of class you want, on the DAY of the week you prefer.  THE CLASSES CAN START ANYWHERE BETWEEN 4 or 5 PM and GO AS LATE AS 8 PM, and range from 30- 90 minutes in length, based upon difficulty level and age of the students (younger students - ages 4 through 8 - always have shorter classes at earlier time slots, and teenagers generally do not have slots prior to 6pm with longer class lengths like 45 or 60 minutes).  

You will need to email any conflicts you may have that are non-negotiable (such as you cannot do Thursdays and Tuesdays you are only available after 6pm, etc....) so that we can try to avoid scheduling your classes at that time.  Requests with registrations received by June 7, 2010 will be considered in the creation/scheduling of classes, so it is adventageous to register/pay during EARLY REGISTRATION (April 3 - June 7, 2010).  

EARLY Registration fee (by June 7) is $30 per FAMILY (Regular Registration fee is $40 per family after June 7th) and covers our recital expenses, allowing you to receive a set # of tickets to our spring recitals at no additional cost.
REGISTRATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE!

If your family was active at the studio anytime since 2007, please login using your email/password from before, or call the studio at 372-0714, or email dance@tls.net to obtain one.  You can also just create a new account and we will "merge" your new and old accounts so as to not lose any old information.  If you are a new customer, you will need to create a new account this first time you login.  Thank you!
