NO PAYMENT IS NEEDED BEFORE COMING -  If you receive an 
email stating "there is an issue with your online enrollment"  -- 
Please DISREGARD...no need to contact us as it a Default message.  
We will correct your account and email you within a few days.
IF IN A "TRIAL" SITUATION:  YOU MAY THEN PAY FOR THE 
CLASS AFTER THE FIRST LESSON OR TRY ANOTHER CLASS 
AT THAT POINT - or  no fee is due if the class did not work out for you.

**CLASSES START ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 13th and are ongoing thru JUNE 2011. 

FALL 2010/2011 TUITION RATES: Tuition is based on the complete school year session of 10 months and that yearly total $ amount is divided by 10 months - Sept-June. Tuition amount remains the same for each month whether there are 3, 4 or 5 once a week lessons(or more for multiple weekly class totals) and for vacations or holidays. All students can do makeup classes within 30 days to regain any missed class-see more info for the Makeup Policy below.

ANNUAL STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE:  This amount is paid once a year by all students at the time of Registration and is valid September '10 thru August '11. 
1 student = $30
2nd student= $20 
$50 maximum for entire family. 

STUDENT DIVISION TUITION RATES:
1 class per week per month = $55
2 classes per week  "            = $99
3 classes per week  "            = $135
4 classes per week  "            = $165
5 classes per week  "            = $195
6 classes per week  "            = $ 225

ZUMBA/SALSA Program: $10 per class paid to the teacher only.  Cash or Check accepted.
NIA/JAZZERCISE/CLUB SALSA - pay teacher directly

SIBLING/PARENT DISCOUNT: $10 per child/parent.Note - If using Boys Scholarship, can not also use sibling/parent discount.

NEW for 2010/11- PERFORMANCE COMPANY TEAMS- SIBLING/PARENT TUITION DISCOUNT=$15 per month for each. If parent is taking within the Adult program, they must Register. 

BOYS SCHOLARSHIP:  To encourage our guys into the performing arts, they are automatically placed on scholarship and can take more classes for no extra charge!  Example. If a boy takes 2 classes per week, will only pay tuition at the '1 class per week rate'. If takes 3 classes per week will pay tuition at the '2 classes per week rate', and etc. If a boy only takes one class per week, he can use Sibling discount.

BALLROOM DIVISION TUITION: Same as Student Division except for
Boys Scholarship does not apply. Sorry, due to teacher minimum requirements within the program we can not offer but the Boys scholarship will apply if a boy also takes a class outside of the Ballroom program. Sibling/Parent Discount does apply within this program-see above. 

PERFORMANCE COMPANY TEAM DIVISION TUITION RATES:
2 classes per week per month  = $ 103
3 classes per week   "                = $ 138
4 classes per week   "                 =$ 167
5 classes per week   "                 =$ 192
6 classes per week   "                 =$ 210
7 classes per week   "                 =$ 225
8 classes per week  "                  =$ 240
Unlimited Classes per week      =$ 265

ACCELERATED DIVISION DANCERS: ADD $10 per month for each student to above tuition price.

REFUND POLICY:   THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/CREDITS 
ONCE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED unless a MD verification is received. Student can do makeup classes if they miss the class they are registered into to.    

IF OUR ONLINE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM DOES NOT CALCULATE YOUR 
TUITION CORRECTLY - Please check back in a few days and should be corrected or can email the Office. 

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT:   

*CASH  PAYMENTS: Must be presented at Office and  given receipt to verify payment. 

*CHECKS- please have the student's name 
written in the memo area and put in an envelope at Office or can send by mail to: 2956 Treat Blvd., Ste I, Concord 94518. 

CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS:   We offer online 
card  payments - VISA OR MASTERCARD only.   

MAKE-UP POLICY  Make-up classes for any 
missed classes must be made within 30 days. No need to contact Office. Please choose a class of the same age and level of your child. All teachers will accept makeup students.
