TUITION & POLICY INFORMATION Registration Guarantees your 
space in class.BEFORE COMING TO A TRIAL CLASS...
Please register on line and select the class you would like to try - 
NO PAYMENT IS NEEDED BEFORE COMING -  If you receive an 
email stating "there is an issue with your online enrollment"  -- 
Please DISREGARD...no need to contact us as it a Default message.  
We will correct your account and email you at a later date.
IF IN A "TRIAL" SITUATION:  YOU MAY THEN PAY FOR THE 
CLASS AFTER THE FIRST LESSON OR TRY ANOTHER CLASS 
AT THAT POINT - or  no fee is due if the class did not work out for you.

MONTHLY TUITION 
  STUDENT/RECREATIONAL DIVISION
$55  per month for 1 class per week
$97  per month for 2 classes per week
$132 per month for 3 classes per week
$163  per month for 4 classes per week
$185  per month for 5 classes per week

COMPANY/PERFORMANCE TEAM DIVISION
$100 per month for 2 classes per week
$135 per month for 3 classes per week
$165 per month for 4 classes per week
$190 per month for 5 classes per week
$210 per month for 6 classes per week
$225 per month for 7 classes per week
$240 per month for 8 classes per week
$265 UNLIMITED
         Accelerated Program:  Add $10 per month

$30 Fall Reg Fee ($50 family maximum) - 
    If Paid Summer Reg Fee:  Amount paid is deducted from total
Family Discount $10 off each additional family member per month
Boys Scholarship (Ballroom N/A):  Pay for 1 class per month 
receive 2nd class for month free, etc.     
 Note: Using Boys scholarship voids family discount for all members

REFUND POLICY:   THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/CREDITS 
ONCE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.  To Drop a class and 
AVOID paying tuition you MUST DROP before 
the end of the month prior to the month you want to drop or full tuition is due.  

IF THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT CALCULATE YOUR 
TUITION CORRECTLY - PLEASE CHECK BACK IN 
A FEW DAYS AND IT SHOULD BE UPDATED. 

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT:   DUE BY THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH
 -  $10  LATE FEE FOR PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER THE 10TH 
CHECK/CASH  PAYMENTS: -mailed or turned in at 
Office. CHECKS- should have the student's name 
written in the memo area and put in an envelope. MUST BE
RECEIVED BY THE 10TH REGARDLESS OF DATE WRITTEN
ON CHECK TO AVOID LATE FEES.
CASH PAYMENTS-at Office-please do not leave 
cash in envelope. Must receive a receipt for confirmation.

TUITION POLICY    Monthly tuition is the same amount each 
month regardless of the amount of lessons changes each 
month as some months are longer/shorter.  The only month there 
is an exception is August or a student's first month of lessons that 
started after the 15th. 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS   We offer online credit card/debit 
card  payments VISA OR MASTERCARD.   On your registration,
select Payment Info to type in your information-then select 
YES next to AUTO RECURRING if you would like the system to 
automatically debit each month between the 1st and 10th. 
If you choose to make your payment each month, select NO next
to AUTO RECURRING - but you now must remember to make your 
payment by the 10th or you will incur a late fee of $10 each month.  
MAKE-UP POLICY  Make-up classes for any 
missed classes must be made within FOUR WEEKS
You are only allowed to take a make-up class in the 
SAME SUBJECT YOU MISSED.  
i.e:  if you missed  a ballet class, you must select a 
ballet class for your make-up.
