Go to Step 5 - Hit NEXT

One Time Payment - Hit NEXT to accept the amount due, or click on pay more.

You may review your account billing information.

Click Next.

Check the box (Accept)    Click NEXT.

You will receive a Thank you page acknowledging we received your payment.

Auto pay - you can set up if you select reaccuring payments.
