*Enrollment in class requires monthly tuition payment on the 1st of each month.  If payment is not received by the close of business on the 1st of the calendar month a 10% late fee applies. NO EXCEPTIONS.  
A 4 week notice in writing is required to drop enrollment or the following month's tuitions is still due in full.

NEW FAMILIES:
Please come in to the studio to fill out and sign physical paperwork including the 
"Agreement" and "Emergency Medical Release" Forms prior to your first class.  
(Required of ALL new students) 

RETURNING FAMILIES:
You must sign a new "Agreement" for the new 2009-2010 Season classes. Also provide any updated Student information. Prior to your first class.
