Yes, as part of the setup, resources from The Studio Director will load your existing information from any system into The Studio Director. Send us your studio data from whatever system or process that you currently use and we’ll enter your data into the Studio Director for you. FREE!

How can I be sure my data is secure?

When you log into The Studio Director, you will see a small lock icon at the bottom of your browser display, indicating that a secure (SSL) connection has been established to our server. How can I be assured my data will be kept private?

The Studio Director is committed to keeping your studio data private and secure. To this end, The Studio Director has expressly stated how we will handle your private data within our Privacy Policy. Can I get a backup of my Studio Director data at my own studio?

Yes, we’ll send you a complete download of all your studio data upon request. Please contact us for more information.

How big of a studio will The Studio Director handle?

The Studio Director has the capacity to scale to the largest studios. The architecture behind The Studio Director solution was designed to handle thousands of students and hundreds of classes.

Can my customers pay on-line? Can I set up recurring / automatic payments?

Yes, your customers can pay on-line and they can also sign up for recurring / automatic billings so their balance due is automatically charged to their credit/debit card each month (or whatever billing cycle you choose). Their payment is automatically posted to their account in The Studio Director for you and the customer is sent an email “receipt” of the payment that includes their current class schedule.

How do I sign up for The Studio Director?

Is there a long term contract to sign? How do I cancel?

There are no long-term contracts to sign. The service is month to month; you can cancel at any time. If you are not completely satisfied with The Studio Director, just give us a 30-day notice and we will cancel/delete your account. Send a request to cancel your account to [email protected].
